In 2015, Naomi Mbogua qualified as an accredited executive coach from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), the most highly accredited coach training organisation in the world.
The AoEC programmes were the first in East Africa that carried the International Coach Federation (ICF) Accreditation; in addition the Diploma provides accreditations from the Association for Coaching (AC) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
